How do you use Frankincense Essential Oil?
Mix few drops of Essential oil with other carrier oils
Essential oil are generally expensive than regular oil and are potent hence you mix few drops of the essential oil with a carrier oil such as almond, fractionated coconut oil (fractionated coconut oil do not become white solid in cooler temperature, among many other types of carrier.  I personally like to mix with  extra virgin olive oil; despite the strong smell of extra virgin olive oil, its great for your skin, and I would massage my body with it before I go to sleep.  Don’t massage and go out under the sun while you are oily...rather do it when you can rest for at least two hours so your body will absorb the oil and then you can shower if you wish, but also remember most soaps will dry you skin. Hence, I like to massage at night and go to sleep with it and that’s very relaxing and take a shower in the morning while being careful of the amount and type of soup I use, and that’s if needed, otherwise you don’t need to use soap every day.
Use a diffuser
Frankincense resin is well known in the middle east and ordinary individuals would burn frankincense resin for its relaxing quality, and in parts of Ethiopia and Somalia women would let the smoke of frankincense pass through their hair and sometime they would place it in such a way the some would pass through their clothings.  With essential oil you only need few drops inside a diffuser and the smoke with gradually fill your home or office and put you in a relax mode.
